Watched Rocky Mountain play my B.A.D. Girls tonight. RM won. I am tipsy so I am not going to type out a lot about it.
Basically, Ive Profane continues to be the love of my life. Ecko from RM was amazing.
I forgot who it was but this one lady from RM kept annoying the hell out of me because she kept playing the crowd and doing those sports-mocking come-at-me-bro and blowing-kisses...

Yep.
I got my ankle worked on today. Got an ultrasound (weird!) and some sort of pulse-y things on it, but it’s more of the same from before — my arches are bad, so it screws up the alignment of my legs and my hips and my back.
I have a Theraband, a sheet of ankle exercises, and should I want to get custom orthotics, it’s another $150 (all out of pocket).
I’ll be fine....

Yesterday I had acupuncture at lunch, and Friday my lunch break is a PT consult. I’ve got at least four or five things going on at once from the head cold down to the right ankle.
Not officially on injury leave but we’ll see how it goes on Friday.
But no matter what, you bet sure as hell I’m at the All-Stars/Rocky Mountain bout on Saturday.

This weekend is the one-year anniversary of my official start of skating with the BAD Girls.
On Saturday, May 8th, I signed up and filled out all of my paperwork, got my newbie binder, and turned in my check. Sunday, May 9th, we had our first class.
I am not sure if I would rather muse on the subject or share what I’ve learned, so I will leave it to Ask. Your call, Ask!
