It’s Saturday, it’s beautiful weather outside for the weekend (seriously, what is going on with San Francisco weather), and so it’s pad-washin’ day.
Everyone’s got their own techniques, but this is what I do:

I am super-busy and tired and overly social lately, so I have had barely any time to eat, sleep, do laundry, and be a general human being, let alone look at anything online. Thus I’m cramming this in before I take off for practice in ten-ish minutes.
Monday night we did some mixed scrimmages — and I jammed about three times, which I almost never do and certainly haven’t done...
